Each order is packaged in an elegant floral gift box. This insulated box ensures that each recipient receives fresh quality flowers. In addition, our special message card is enclosed with your own personalized message. Whether you order our high quality roses... or one of our beautiful bouquets, your gift will make a lasting impression every time!

                      

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

All Grower Direct flower selections are shipped direct from our greenhouses via overnight delivery service. Each order is securely packaged in an attractive, insulated gift box to ensure that only the freshest possible product arrives at its destination. Grower Direct flower selections are not available for delivery in Nunavut, or the Northwest and Yukon Territories.

*Flowers are delivered Tuesday-Friday except on Holidays.

*All shipping/handling fees have been included in the listed prices.

*Review the delivery address and delivery date before submitting your order.

*Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders once they are submitted to the supplier.

*Any changes that are made to the delivery address will result in an additional $10 fee (applies to orders that have already been processed for delivery).

Important Delivery Information:

-Grower Fresh orders are delivered Tuesday through Friday. There are no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries.

-A physical delivery address is required (no PO Boxes/RR addresses). Incorrect or incomplete delivery information will result in delays and increased shipping charges.

-Deliveries will be made to the address given. The courier may leave the package if they deem the area to be safe. We are not responsible for delivery to the intended recipient once the delivery has been made to the address specified.

-Ensure someone will be at the delivery location. Our couriers have scheduled routes; a delivery time cannot be guaranteed or requested. We are not responsible for deliveries to apartments, residential locations or businesses that cannot be completed due to the courier requiring a signature.

-Verify receiving policies/hours of operation prior to ordering when sending to a business (company, school, hospital, etc.). The delivery location should be aware there is a delivery scheduled on that particular day. We are not responsible if FedEx cannot deliver the package due to the business being closed.

-This is a perishable product! Incorrect or incomplete information will result in delays. It is the sender`s responsibility to cover the cost of any address correction fees or reshipped products if we are provided with incorrect or incomplete recipient address information. Review all shipping information carefully.
