GROUND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES: Ground Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on destination state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time.) Ground Shipping is offered on all gifts, except fresh fruit and candy bouquets. (The fruit baskets and candy bouquets must ship via 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air.) All Ground Gift Basket orders are shipped within one business day. Ground orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. Ground orders placed on Holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION: All orders shipped via Ground Shipping that are placed by Dec 18th, except for Hawaii and Alaska, will probably arrive before Christmas. Although it is probable, it is not guaranteed. UPS and FedEx do not guarantee any packages to be delivered before Christmas if shipped after Dec 6th. This means that there will be no refunds or discounts for orders placed after this date.
EXPRESS SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES: Other shipping methods include: UPS or Fed Ex 3-Day, UPS or Fed Ex 2-Day and UPS or Fed Ex Next-Day Air (arrives the following business day). Additional charges will apply for these shipping options.
WHERE WE SHIP OUR GIFT BASKETS: We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within the continental United States. UPS and FedEx require a physical address for all shipments, therefore, we cannot ship to a P. O. Box. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates, please contact us at jlbenterprises1@aol.com, and we will be happy to assist you. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or overseas. These destinations are too high risk, and we have experienced numerous incidents where the packages were either damaged, lost or returned to us at great expense.
ENCLOSURE CARDS: An enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name and/or the company name, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.
PAYMENT: Dazzling Baskets gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Once the payment is received, your gift will be shipped.
CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION & FEES: If an error is made in the shipping address (including an incorrect zip code), or address needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes. However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company, we will need to contact either UPS or FedEx and attempt to re-route the package to the correct address. A re-routing fee of $15.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error. If a package is returned to us by UPS or FedEx due to an incorrect address, non-deliverable address or recipient refusal, there will be a charge of $10.00 in addition to the address correction (re-routing) fee to cover return shipping and all of the charges UPS or FedEx charges us due to the error.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER: If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by calling us at 813-436-1316. Once the order has been shipped and not yet delivered, you will only be charged for shipping, and the merchandise will be credited back.
REFUNDS: We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the claims are placed within 3 days of the gift being received.
SUBSTITUTIONS & RETURNS: Dazzling Baskets reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value, and does find the need to do so at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently. With this in mind, please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense, or for a discount or refund of any kind. In addition, there may be times when we may need to substitute the container, products and/or enhancements of our gift baskets to ensure freshness and/or timely delivery. We will always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design or quality of the gift. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of Dazzling Baskets a customer wishes to return a gift, they may do so at their own expense, plus an additional 20% restocking fee.
FRUIT: Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restrictions. Monday through Wednesday, 2nd-Day and Next-Day Air shipping are the available options. Thursday, Next- Day Air is the only option. All fruit orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
CHOCOLATE: Throughout the warm months, beginning May 1st, all chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next-Day Air. There will be a $5.00 surcharge added to each order for ice and heat sensitive packaging. No damage claims will be paid for packages left outside by UPS or FedEx. UPS and FedEx do not guarantee perishable goods. In addition, it may be necessary for any gift baskets, which contain chocolate components, to have the chocolate substituted with other sweets that will not melt during shipment.
