GROUND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES: As a service to our customers, we offer Ground Shipping at a flat rate, unless another shipping preference is specified. Ground Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on destination state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time.) Flate rate Ground Shipping is offered on all gifts, except fresh fruit and candy bouquets. The fruit baskets must ship via 2 Day or Next Day Air. The appropriate shipping charges will be added to any orders in which the free ground shipping is not selected. All Gift Basket orders placed by 1:00pm EST are shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION: All orders shipped via flat rate Ground Shipping that are placed by Dec 20th, except for Hawaii and Alaska, will probably arrive before Christmas. Although it is probable, it is not guaranteed. Fed Ex/UPS do not guarantee any packages to be delivered before Christmas if shipped after Dec 6th. This means that there will be no refunds or discounts for orders placed after this date.
EXPRESS SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES: Other shipping methods include: UPS/Fed Ex 3 Day, UPS/Fed Ex 2 Day and UPS/Fed Ex Next Day Air (arrives the following business day). Additional charges will apply for these shipping options.
WHERE WE SHIP OUR GIFT BASKETS: We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within the United States. Please keep in mind that Alaska and Hawaii do have higher rates. If you have any questions regarding shipping rates, please contact us at jlbenterprises1@aol.com, and we will be happy to assist you. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or overseas. These destinations are too high risk, and we have experienced numerous incidents where the packages were either damaged, lost or returned to us at great expense.
CUSTOM ORDERS: We would be glad to assist you with any special requests you may have. Please call us at 813-436-1316 to discuss creating that special gift.
ENCLOSURE CARDS: An enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name and/or the company name, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.
PAYMENT: Dazzling Baskets gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Once the payment is received, your gift will be shipped.
CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION: If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes. However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company, we will need to contact either UPS or FED EX and attempt to re-route the package to the correct address. A re-routing fee of $15.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error.
CANCELING YOUR ORDER: If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by calling us at 813-571-5455. Once the order has been shipped and not yet delivered, you will only be charged for shipping, and the merchandise will be credited back.
REFUNDS: We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the claims are placed within 5 days of the gift being received.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Dazzling Baskets reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value. There may be times when we may need to substitute the container, products and/or enhancements of our gift baskets to ensure freshness and/or timely delivery. We will always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design or quality of the gift.
FRUIT: Please remember all fruit gifts have shipping restrictions. Monday through Wednesday, Standard and Next Day Air shipping are the available options. Thursday, Next Day Air is the only option, and on Friday, Next day Air Saturday is the only option. (All fruit orders placed on Friday via "Standard" Ground Shipping will be shipped on Monday.)
CHOCOLATE: Throughout the warm months, beginning May 15th, all chocolate gifts will only be available for shipping via Next Day Air. There will be a $5.00 surcharge added to each order for ice and heat sensitive packaging. No damage claims will be paid for packages left outside by UPS. UPS does not guarantee perishable goods. In addition, it may be necessary for any gift baskets, which contain chocolate components, to have the chocolate substituted out with hard candy items.
